If you experience any pain or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical advice.

This content is owned by rapidlaunchio AS or our licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Payment for our services is required in advance and must be made through our approved payment methods. All prices are listed in Euros and include applicable VAT. We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our programmes - if you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of purchase, please contact us to discuss a refund. Refunds are processed at our discretion and may be subject to certain conditions. Digital products that have been fully accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for refunds.
